Easy Returns Within 7 Days
We want you to love your saree. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or tailored sarees

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

To start a return, please email us at vastradharaa@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After approval:

A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method (bank, card, or wallet).

If the item was returned due to damage or our error, full refund including any delivery charges will be issued.

Otherwise, shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect all sarees before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Attach clear photographs of the damaged or defective area and the full saree.

We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
